Using my extensive research and personal expertise, I will then gather all the necessary information to design a customized trip that aligns with your preferences. Once the initial proposal itinerary is ready, I will present it to you and work closely with you to refine and perfect every detail, ensuring your trip is exactly as you envision.

How Do You Price My Planning Fee?

My planning fee is determined based on several factors, including:

• The complexity of the trip you're looking to plan

• The number of destinations and the duration of your travels

• The size of your travel group

Each of these elements helps ensure that your trip is planned with the utmost attention to detail and care. Once the planning fee for your trip is determined, I will provide you with an invoice, with 50% due upfront and the remaining 50% prior to your trip's departure. Upon receipt of the initial payment, I will begin the itinerary planning process to ensure every detail is meticulously arranged.

Your package will include a detailed, custom-designed day-to-day itinerary, tailored specifically to your preferences. In addition, I will provide access to your itinerary on the Travefy app, allowing you to stay organized and effortlessly manage your travel plans while on your trip.
